Manufacturing ultra high vacuum components
Utilizing the precision machine tools capable of complex 5-axis machining and leveraging the experience from our aerospace operations we can manufacture complex machined parts required for semiconductor industry, specifically targeted to wafer fabrication equipment. These precision machined parts must be leak free even under extreme high vacuum conditions. With tight tolerances and very stringent surface finish requirements we provide these products in the medium to large format manufacturing size envelope. Our size range and variety of equipment allows to produce parts that require a broad range of machining operations.
Complex Assembly and Testing in a Clean Environment
With an ISO Class 6 certified Clean Room we provide a component assembly, vacuum and pressure leak testing, particle contamination inspections and range of customer specified packaging options. Our team is fully trained and certified to operate in a clean room environment. Utilizing our clean room for final assembly also allows us to improve production throughput and meet customer production requirements.
